We always look forward to the change in seasons at L’Arche. For many of us, summer means devoting more time to doing things we love, like going out to eat, visiting a new place, or spending time with friends. Eugene’s Hope house has a special way of keeping track of all their important events going on this summer: Eugene’s Hope Sunshine Bucket List! Bozey and Diane sat down and created a list of what they wanted to do this summer and have already gotten through some of them!

Diane was so excited to go bowling with Dave “so she could beat him!” For their bowling trip, Diane and Bozey called the guys at Abbey and challenged them to a game of bowling. They enjoyed the friendly competition!

Bozey loved going to the Aquarium and is looking forward to seeing the animals at the zoo.

At the other houses, the Core Members have summer plans too. Jessie has been enjoying some time off work and loves being able to spend time outside at the park and going to her favorite restaurants.

At Abbey house, they take advantage of the warmer weather and spent time outside. They kicked off the start of the season by getting ice cream at Dairy King. Dave loves being able to mow the yard and grill out in the Summer. With all the fun things we have planned, it looks like we’ll be busy this Summer!
